Proactive IT Support helps to spot problems early on. Resolutions of those problems are charged at your hourly rate. Solving problems early on helps reduce the cost of finding and resolving problems which could cost you days of business. This has proven to be a popular product and has saved many hours of business down time. Can you afford not to have this solution?
If your business requires IT Support time outside your Proactive IT Support Package we will provide you an attractive hourly rate of £55 per hour. This time can be spent in five minute increments for telephone and remote support. Onsite support is charged 1 hour minimum then in 15 minute increments.
